Ah yes. Winter. the time of year when bikes sleep and become forgotten. now wait just a pickin minute, this is the time to give& give that steed some love. It is full on service time at Chainline.
Time to get in for rebuilds or susp work, and get a jump on spring seeing it is only 90 something days away or sooner.
A few cool additions have been made to Chainline for the 2011 season, we have added Niner bikes to the lineup along with dobermann bikes. so come in and see the new stuff, and get a jump on spring.

Well fall is about to kick in at full swing right now. With temps starting to cool down and the leaves have started to change, the thought of epic fall riding comes to mind, just a few notes to put out. next weekend will be nemba fest with group rides going on all weekend. from what I understand group night riding will be available as well, so bring a tent and make it a weekend of fun.And we will see you on the trail.

SLACKING

Well, as you can see we have been slaking a bit on the b page and for good reason.it is summer.  Now that we have some good air the best part of the riding season is apon  us, cooler temps no bugs and soon enough the colors in the woods and along the roads.  So get out and go for a ride and enjoy what's around you. Well, we now are going to have some good weather for a stretch, and that means hours in the saddle. Now, If you have to drive to your trailhead I have just found that it is a good idea to have a few extra items. spare helmet, shoes, gloves, tube, and inflation device. Of course I'm telling you this because i always learn the hard way. Nothing is more aggravating then having to turn around and double back 40 min to get said item's. so treat your self to a new helmet and shoes and let the other ones live in the auto. you never know someday they may save you from the dreaded drive of shame.

Hey all, just thought you would all like to see one of the commuter bikes we have here at Chainline.
This is a rocky mountain YVR metropolis .this bike has fenders, to keep you dry and a rear rack to put all your stuff , and disc brakes to stop you on a dime.We feel here at Chainline this  one of the best city bikes around, and at an affordable price. With gas  prices back on the rise this is a perfect way to save some money, and have the added benefit of getting out side and melt the daily stress away.
